Meriam Consulting Group Pty Ltd (ABN 92 696 846 527) ("Meriam", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, and how we handle it, with reference to the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Visiting this website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not load content from third-party services in your browser. Fonts, images and video are served from the website itself.

Our hosting provider automatically processes technical information needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this information only for security, reliability and troubleshooting.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we collect the information you choose to give us, usually your name, organisation, contact details and the substance of your enquiry. We use it to respond to you, to prepare proposals and to deliver any services you engage us for. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Please do not send sensitive or classified information in an initial enquiry.

Storage, security and overseas service providers

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Our email and website hosting providers may store or process information on servers outside Australia. We use reputable providers and keep only what we need, for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.

Client engagements

Personal information we handle while delivering services to a client is governed by our agreement with that client, including any confidentiality, security and data-handling requirements, in addition to this notice.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing isaiah@meriamconsulting.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
